1. What these terms cover

These terms of use govern only your use of the alpfitplus.com website: viewing its pages, submitting the demo request form and using the contact channels published on it.

Use of the Alpfit Plus product (the management panel and the mobile app), together with subscription, payment and termination conditions, is outside the scope of this text; those are governed by a separate agreement.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The Turkish version of this text prevails; in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish text applies.

2. The nature of the information on this site

The prices, features and scope described on the site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. What binds us is the written proposal sent to you or the agreement you sign.

The product is under active development; the information on these pages may change without prior notice. We work to keep what is published aligned with the current state of the product, but we do not warrant that every page is complete and free of errors at all times.

3. Demo requests

Submitting the demo request form does not create a contract, does not start a subscription and does not place you under any payment obligation. A request is an enquiry so that we can get in touch with you.

You are expected to provide accurate and current information, and to submit a request only on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.

We respond through the channels you leave in the form. Whether a demo takes place, and its scope, depends on mutual agreement.

4. Unacceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit the form with automated tools or in bulk, or send requests that are not genuine.
• Attempt to bypass, probe or overwhelm the security of the site or of the form endpoint.
• Copy the content of the site without permission in order to promote a competing service.
• Use the Alpfit Plus name, mark or content in a way that suggests a business relationship between us where none exists.
• Use the site in breach of applicable law or of the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The text, visual, design and software elements on the site, together with the rights in the Alpfit Plus name and mark, belong to Kıvanç Karavelioğlu.

You may quote from the pages by naming the source and linking to it. Beyond that, reproducing, adapting or commercially exploiting the content requires written permission.

Third-party brand and product names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access; maintenance, updates or technical reasons may make it temporarily unavailable.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party pages reached through links on this site.

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for the consequences of decisions you take in reliance on information published on the site. Liability arising from intent and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer legislation, are reserved.

How your personal data is processed is not repeated in this text; it is set out in two separate and more detailed documents.

In case of any conflict on matters of personal data, those two documents prevail.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and the update date at the top of the page is refreshed.

Because the site has no user accounts, changes are not notified separately; continuing to use the site means that the current version applies.

The version in force on the date you submit a demo request is the version that applies to that request.

9. Governing law and contact

The site is operated by Kıvanç Karavelioğlu (Tuzla / İstanbul); the same person is the data controller for the site’s own data processing.

These terms, and any dispute relating to the site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
