The fine print
- Prices are monthly and exclude VAT. Setup is waived when paying annually up front.
- Second and further branches are priced at a 20% discount (₺1,200+VAT/branch/month).
- The 15-day trial is free and asks for no card details; our team handles setup.
- Payment method and contract details are finalized during the demo call.
Do we pay extra for the member app?
No. The member mobile app (iOS + Android) is included. We don’t run a “charge extra for the member app” model.
Can I try it myself?
There’s no self-service sign-up. We start with a short demo call, then our team sets up your 15-day trial tailored to your club.
Why is there a setup fee?
Setup covers onboarding, data migration (member/package/revenue history) and team training. It’s waived on annual prepay.
I have multiple branches, how is it priced?
First branch ₺1,500, each additional branch ₺1,200 (+VAT) monthly. You manage them all from one cockpit.
Who is the data controller, and how is my data processed?
The data controller for what you send through this site is Kıvanç Karavelioğlu. Which data we process, why, where it is stored and for how long is set out item by item in our KVKK notice.
How long is the contract?
Flexible. You can go monthly or annually; we decide the details together during the demo call.
